W. T. Standiford, the owner of Culstan Homes, has built hundreds of homes in and around Carroll County over the last 30 years. His company, Culstan Homes, Inc., has been in business since 1998. W. T. prides himself in the quality of his homes and to in the individual attention he gives to every project and to every home buyer.

Communication

Each day, W. T. is on the job site conferring with his sub-contractors, inspecting the quality of their work and answering questions. Homebuyers are welcome to visit their home with W. T. during the construction process so that any questions about the home are promptly answered.

Quality

By limiting production to between 5 and 10 homes each year, W. T. is able to give each project his individual attention. In addition, sub-contractors are carefully selected based on their level of expertise and the quality of their work, and most have worked for Culstan Homes for many years.
