Communication

Each day, Mr. Standiford is on the job site conferring with his sub-contractors, inspecting the quality of their work and answering questions. Homebuyers are welcome to visit their home during construction with Mr. Standiford so that any question about the construction process is promptly answered.

Quality

By limiting production to between 5 and 10 homes each year, Mr. Standiford is able to give each project his individual attention each day. In addition, sub-contractors are carefully selected based on their level of expertise and the quality of their work, and most have worked for Mr. Standiford for many years.
